Here is the report, use your own judgement...

I just got back from the Ukraine yesterday to discover that my debit card had been
misused for about $3,500.  Evidentially the woman I went to visit (Elizaveta
Yatsenko) got hold of my debit card, rather than my credit card and did some
significant clothes shopping at 1 store in Nikolaev.  When confronted with this via
email she said it was a gift.  Well, one I would never use a debit card for such
purposes (it was used for cash withdrawals) and never in that amount.

Dream-Marriage.com I believe kept her on the payroll until I arrived.  I went
through many dollars over the last five months (I am ashamed to say how many, but
think something with 3 zeros at the end).  I assume responsibility for that and
accept the consequences of my foolish/naive actions.  Unlike some of the others on
your list of Dream-Marriage.com scam alerts (wish I had visited here first) I am
going to issue a complaint with the FCC and pursue the site being dropped.  I may be
out money, but I don't want this to happen to others too.

I have attached a picture of her and would appreciate you displaying it.  Rather
than money, this girl is more interested in goods (i.e. fine dining and clothes she
could not afford).  Thankfully, I caught the actions the day after I returned and
went to my local Bank of America and am in the process of providing the fraud
department of the bank with the details.  This evidentially happens often and ATM
cards are easier than credit cards to draw from (a revelation to me).

Thanks for the site--I am far more alert than before.
